With over 25 years of experience in transforming businesses, leading high-performing teams, and driving sustainable growth, Michalis Karis is a seasoned media executive and strategic consultant. He currently serves as the General Manager of Super FM, Cyprus' largest music radio station.

• Project Manager in Greece for IMH, overseeing conferences, media, and exhibitions.
• Project Manager in Greece at Kedros Capital Management, specializing in financial advisory.
• Management and Financial Advisor for OTM, an Austrian global leader in mobile reach messaging and an official partner of industry giants such as Google, MTN, Telefonica, and Vodacom.
• Board Advisor in Greece at Lawnet 360, an AI-driven legal research company.

Previously, Michalis was the General Manager of Phileleftheros Media Group in Cyprus (2008–2020) and Imako Media SA in Greece (2000–2007). He began his career in the mid-1990s at Arthur Andersen (manager audit and business assurance) and Alpha Finance (senior equity research analyst).
