Michalis Pelekanos

Michael Pelekanos was born and raised in Limassol, with also origins from occupied Kyrenia. 

He is founder and CEO of Akeso Future Life in Athens - Nicosia - Limassol. He is a quality control advisor for Medically Assisted Reproduction Units.

He specialized in Clinical Embryology at King's College School of Medicine, University of London. He is doctorate of Medical School University of Athens, having postgraduate studies in Regenerative Medicine. He embryologically supervise more than 1000 fertility treatments annually.

He is licensed by the UK Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority and Certified by the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology.

He is the president of the Greek Association of Clinical Embryologists, he is European IVF Monitoring committee member and representative of Cyprus in the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology.

He participates in a number of research projects, while teaching undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the University of Athens, the University of Nicosia and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

He is the organizer of many scientific meetings, round tables and workshops. He has participated in more than 100 Greek and international conferences with presentations and lectures in the field of Assisted Reproduction.

He was a Member of the Independent Hellenic Authority for Medically Assisted Reproduction, as well as a Member of the Medically Assisted Reproduction Council of Cyprus.
